You can access our direct internet reservations system from this website to check availability and pricing for your selected dates and make a confirmed reservation.  The system is very simple to use and guides you each step of the way.  A separate browser window opens to enable you to refer back to this web site for information if necessary at any time during the booking process.

Making a reservation by phone

Please call our reservations staff on 1800 442 444 (*Free call from within Australia) between 8am and 7pm Eastern Standard Time.  If you phone us outside these times an operator will ask for your contact details and one of our reservation staff members will call you back as soon as possible during the above hours.  If you are calling from outside of Australia please call +61 7 3341 6333.  * Charges may still apply from some Mobiles

 

Seasonal Periods

Prices may vary according to various seasons.  Our Season Calender will help you identify our low seasons, holiday seasons and peak season for accommodation or sites to assist you with planning your stay.

 

Minimum Stays - Cabin Accommodation

All cabins have a minimum stay of two(2) nights during Low Season and a minimum stay of four(4) nights during Peak Season or Holiday Season.

 

 

Deposits

When you make a reservation with us you will be required to pay a deposit to secure your reservation, this is usually equivalent to the first two nights tariff.  Deposits are subject to the Cancellation Policy below.

 

 

Booking Cancellation Policy

All bookings and deposits are accepted by us subject to BIG4 Holiday Parks' standard cancellation policy below:

Cancellation of Bookings - Cabin Accommodation

During Peak Season or Holiday Season, deposits will be refunded (less a $20 booking/cancellation fee) if  you notify us of your cancellation at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival. If you provide less than 30 days notice of cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited.

During the Low Season, deposits will be refunded (less a $20 booking/cancellation fee) if notify us of your cancellation before 9am on the day before your scheduled arrival. If notice of your cancellation is received after 9am on the day before your scheduled arrival you will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellation of Bookings - Caravan, Motorhome or Camping Sites

If you fail to notify us of your cancellation prior to 9:00 am the day before your scheduled arrival date, or if you do not arrive by 10:00 am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking will be cancelled and you will be charged the first night's tariff.

Failure to Notify of Cancellation

If you do not provide notice of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking will be cancelled without any refund to you.

Group Bookings

Bookings of three or more cabins may be subject to our group booking conditions.  See our Group Booking Page for more details.

 

Special Offers

Throughout the year we offer a range of special offers.  Please check the Promotions tab above or contact us directly to enquire about the availability of any special offers we may currently have.  Bookings that are made pursuant to a 'Special Offer' or 'Promotion' may be subject to other requirements and conditions.

 

Bookings through travel agents and third parties.

Registered travel agents may contact us for a copy of our Travel Agents conditions or to establish an Agents Internet Reservation Account which allows travel agents to be able to make commissionable online reservations.

 

Arrival Information

Check-in time: 12noon,  Check-out time: 10am.

Reception Hours:  8am to 7pm.  Please contact us for after hours check-in procedures or if you have any special requirements.

 

 

Pets

Pets are not permitted in the resort.
